내용
process_inline_attachments(conn, entity, mail_api_id, db_mail_id, attachments, body_html) 함수 구현. attachmentId<0인 첨부를 Naver Works API로 fetch하여 uploads/mail/inline/{db_mail_id}/{filename}에 저장. mail_attachments INSERT (is_inline=True, cid_reference). body_html의 src='cid:{cid}' → src='/uploads/mail/inline/{db_mail_id}/{filename}' 교체 후 반환. 4xx 실패 시 skip+로그+nw://inline-unfetched 메타 저장.
